You will be responsible for order modification and allocation of available stock to customer orders when stock is constrained, delivering against service and fill rate targets. How you will contribute: You will: - Manage orders and verify stock levels to make sure order can be fulfilled - Manage shipping process, organize transportation in close cooperation with 3PL - Build strong relationship with customers and providing best in class service - Solve problems which may occur during order managing process - Always look to improve ways of working What you will bring: A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: - Previous experience in Customer Service and / or logistics will be a big plus - Fluency in English (B2 / C1) - Business acumen - Good organization and problem solving skills - SAP knowledge and MS Excel will be a plus - General understanding of order to cash role will be a plus What we offer: Working on iconic brands Employment based on an indefinite employment contract Annual bo...
