Within the Science & Technology Organization, we are building a strategic team capability focused on how commercial and product intent is translated into licensing structures and contract design that work for customers and for the enterprise. The Director, Licensing, Contracting & Commercial Architecture plays a central role in shaping this capability. This role helps simplify complexity and reduce friction by establishing clear, reusable licensing and contract standards that scale across Segments and Regions. By engaging early in product development and partnering closely with Legal, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Product, and Technology teams, the role enables faster execution, fewer exceptions, and more predictable commercial outcomes as software and integrated solutions grow.
