Job Title: Lead Cook – School Food Service Location: East Aurora, NY: Hours: 6:30 am- 2:30 pm: Hourly Rate- 20.00 per hour: Job Summary: The Lead Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of nutritious and appealing meals in accordance with USDA, state, and local guidelines. This role ensures efficient kitchen operations, supervises kitchen staff as needed, and maintains high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service in a school cafeteria setting.
