Position Overview: The part-time Broista position is primarily responsible for the creation of Dutch Bros drinks while following the set guidelines and vision of the company. Providing excellent customer service at all times, proving that we are a people company serving coffee, not a coffee company, serving people. Job Qualifications: Demonstrate core values of speed, quality, and service Embody the culture created by Dutch Bros Must have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts Must have current Food Handlers Certifications if applicable based on state and local laws Schedule: This role requires that you have availability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Available to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
