Your contribution to Prysmian’s success We are looking for a Sales Manager – Water & Pumping Solutions to join our team in Poland , with international travel required . This is a markethunter role , focused on actively developing new business , opening new markets, and winning projects in the water, pumping, and OEM segments. Key responsibilities – day to day Drive sales growth of cables for submersible and surface pumps , water treatment systems, and water supply infrastructure Actively acquire new customers in Poland and international markets Develop sales with OEM s customers with focus on pump manufacturers and pump system integrators. Enter new sales channels and countries , building distribution networks from scratch Create and manage a strong sales pipeline , including lead generation and forecasting Manage project and investment sales ( e.g. water supply infrastructure, wastewater treatment plants, irrigation systems) Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers Cooperate closely with technical teams on cable selection and application support Support customers on drinking water standards, certifications, and approvals Visit customers, participate in trade fairs ,...
