Overview 2nd Shift Production Operators (Robotic Welders) . What Does It Take to Be a Fit for working at MEC? **Starting pay rate $18.00 p/hr.** **2nd shift premium = $1.50 p/hr.** **Sign-on Bonus $1,000** **Paid Vacation upon hire, Benefits after 30 days** **Work week is Mon. through Fri., 2pm to 10pm.** **Currently working overtime, during the week and also Sat. and some Sun. - Great communication and attendance, so your team can count on you - Ability to work MEC Safe, by following all safety policies and procedures - A positive can-do attitude, a desire to learn and to be engaged - Good hand eye coordination and an attention to detail - A good teammate and willingness to help others Responsibilities: - Ensures adequate supply of component stock is at station to run machines - Lifting, positions, and removes work pieces from machines to assist in assembly, forming, fitting, and welding - Loads, stacks, and transports stock and work in process - Actively monitors the condition of product being produced - Accurately measures and checks parts for compliance - Picks up, cleans work area, machines, tools, and equipment after use - Fills out production reports and labels product as ne...
