Pay Rate: $20.97-$26.74 per based on experience and qualifications Requirements: In this role, you’ll support our Accounts Payable & Payroll functions, working closely with our existing clerk to ensure timely and accurate processing. Accounts Payable Support: - Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy - Assist with coding invoices and entering them into the system - Maintain vendor records, including W-9 documentation - Help manage vendor relationships and payment schedules - Prepare and process payments, including manual checks when needed - Reconcile vendor statements and assist with resolving discrepancies - Support month-end accruals and audit preparation Payroll Support: Minimum Required Education/Experience : High school diploma required.
