Job Details Coverage needed: Overnights and Evenings General Summary: The associate in this position must have experience to operate a busy, fast paced switchboard, capable of handling stressful emergency situations. The associate must also provide the best customer service at all times while using good discretion and judgment. Job Description: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required: Ability to read and communicate in the English language. High School graduate or equivalent required. In-depth knowledge of PC, Windows 95-98, NT workstation, and Windows NT server administration. Proficient in Word and Excel. Ability to handle busy switchboard and emergency situations. Customer service focus is necessary. Salary Range: $17.00 to $22.98 Hourly The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
