Pay: $18.00-$20.00 commensurate on experience: What You’ll Be Doing: Lobby and Building Duties - Perform regular checks of office floors, communal spaces, and building exterior and report irregularities back to management in accordance with building rules and regulations - Act as information desk for daily visitors - Learn about tenant activities and promote tenant services as asked - Assist and educate visitors on how to use the lobby touch screen directory - Monitor mailroom activity daily - Ensure the organization and neatness of the Lobby Attendant workstation, the lobby and mail hallways areas, and building entrance - Perform fire and life safety duties as needed during building working hours - Enforce building rules and regulations Sales and Delinquency Duties: - Collabor...
