Network Performance Audit & Dealer Training Manager – Automotive Paris Full-time Consulting / Legal / Education / Research - Training Responsibilities1. Network Performance Audit Conduct regular dealer network performance audits to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational requirements. Evaluate dealer organization structure, processes, and operational efficiency. Review dealership performance metrics including: Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Prepare audit reports and recommendations for management and dealer principals. Follow up on corrective action plans with dealerships to ensure implementation and measurable improvements. 2. Dealer Standards & Organization Monitor and enforce automotive dealer standards across the network. Assess dealer organization structures, roles, and operational processes. Ensure dealerships operate according to brand guidelines and best practices. Support dealers in optimizing their organizational efficiency and operational performance. 3.
