The People Coordinator provides administrative support for the Human Resources Department. Position supports HR operations, including new hire onboarding/offboarding and new hire orientation. Position also assists with HR projects and leads employee engagement events. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supports New Employee Orientation by scheduling participants, ordering lunches, lining up instructors, coordinating needed materials/supplies and setting up the training room for day of orientation. - Monitors the completion of background checks, drug screens, and post-offer employment physicals.
