Location: UK-wide hybrid, with travel to client sites as required Contract: June - September 2026 with potential to extend Vantage Point is partnering with a specialist insurance organisation undertaking a significant technology transformation across its workplace services and IT operating model. The client is modernising how its people collaborate, work and access technology, while also redesigning its IT service model to bring key capabilities closer to the business. This is a high-profile programme with senior stakeholder visibility, external partner involvement, and a clear need for strong governance, structure and delivery control. We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager who can take ownership of the overall programme rhythm, bring clarity across two connected transformation workstreams, and help the client move from a centralised service model into more effective local arrangements.
