Job Summary: The Director, Pricing Strategy will play a critical role within the CFAO organization, leading high‑impact pricing initiatives that shape how the company prices and guarantees the pharmacy benefit for its PBM clients. This role is responsible for developing and refining pricing and rebate guarantee models, driving executive alignment on strategic decisions, and coordinating execution across multiple teams including IT, Underwriting, Modeling, and Finance. This position requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and hands‑on execution.
