Associate Director, AI & Technology Learning Enablement Organization: Talent & Learning: Location: Virtual / Remote: The Associate Director, AI & Technology Learning Enablement leads enterprise-wide upskilling and reskilling initiatives to prepare IQVIA’s workforce for emerging and critical skills across the technology and AI stack . This role owns flagship programs including AI University, AI certification pathways, Tech Lab modernization , and Microsoft Copilot enablement , with a strong focus on applied learning and measurable adoption. Partnering across IT, AI, Consulting, and business teams, this role translates enterprise skill priorities into scalable, role-based learning experiences that accelerate productivity, innovation, and future readiness. The position manages a direct report and works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impact at scale.
