Job Description Summary: The Senior Director, Operations – AH leads the operational backbone of the At Home system, ensuring seamless end-to-end execution across customers & bottlers. This leader drives the operational planning, governance, and performance management processes that underpin sustainable growth and channel excellence across Hypers, Supers, Discounters and e-commerce in the Italy Franchise Operations, one of the most important markets in Europe. The role acts as the system integrator for AH-translating global strategies into scalable operational frameworks, strengthening execution capability, ensuring consistent commercial strategy deployment, sustainable growth and long-term partnerships within the AH channel. This role combines strategic customer leadership, business development, Joint Business Planning and cross-functional coordination. It brings a strong external customer lens together with deep commercial, financial and shopper insight capability to accelerate AH performance, category growth and mutual value creation across customers.
