Job Overview Under the general direction of the Dean of Students and the day-to-day supervision of the Associate Dean of Students, the Director of Student Conduct & Ethical Development serves as the university’s primary administrator for student conduct matters and provides leadership for the Student Conduct & Ethical Development area. The Director manages and administers student conduct cases and related processes, including reviewing alleged violations, conducting administrative fact-finding, meeting with students and other involved parties, facilitating resolution agreements, assigning educational and disciplinary outcomes, and monitoring completion of sanctions and other requirements. The Director provides leadership and oversight for campus student conduct operations and coordinates responses to complex student behavioral concerns in collaboration with campus partners, including Cougar Care Network, CARE Team, Title IX/DHR, Residential Education, Student Leadership and Involvement Center, the Clery Office, and University Police.
