This role is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as maintaining the spa and wellness areas to provide a flawless guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities, including guestrooms, public areas, spa facilities, pools, and back-of-house areas. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure uninterrupted operation. Maintain spa-specific equipment such as saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs, and relaxation pools to meet safety and hygiene standards. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.
