Want to help protect AWS from emerging fraud vectors and make a direct multi-million-dollar impact to Amazon's bottom line? Come join the AWS Payments & Fraud Prevention team as a Senior Product Manager - External Services, you will own fraud prevention strategy for AWS customer signup and AI services. We are seeking a product leader who will be the single-threaded owner for two of the fast evolving fraud domains in AWS — account signup abuse and AI services fraud. You will balance two critical objectives: making legitimate customer onboarding as frictionless as possible while blocking bad actors who want to commit fraud or abuse our free tier offerings at scale. Simultaneously, you will build a comprehensive strategy and implement durable mechanisms to protect AWS AI services like Bedrock and Kiro from fraudulent activity. The ideal candidate combines strong fraud or security domain knowledge with product management expertise and a proven track record of delivering products at scale.
