Description Be a part of the best team in Property Management! Vesta Management is looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of properties in our Albany, NY region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing multiple locations and teams, as well as experience with LIHTC, Section 8, and market rate housing. The Regional Manager will be responsible for all financial and physical aspects of the properties in their portfolio, including budgeting, rent collections, compliance reviews, capital needs, and general site and staff performance. If you have strong interpersonal skills, are detail-oriented, and are ready to challenge yourself, we want you on our team!
