Healthcare Assistant (Bank) The Manor Hospital Bank Shifts Salary: £12.71 per hour The Manor Hospital in Bedford is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant to join their team of staff in the Wards department across both Saxon and The Manor Hospitals. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. This includes flexible shifts including weekends across both Saxon and Manor Hospitals. Duties of this role include: - Assist patients with personal hygiene, washing, dressing, toileting, oral care, and mobility needs, respecting their preferences and dignity. - Help patients with eating, drinking, and nutritional support, including documenting intake where appropriate. - Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and relatives, creating a caring and safe environment. - Carry out and accurately...
