Welcome Assistant Job Description: Welcome Assistants are responsible for monitoring the ED lobby and entrance area. They will greet all customers with a smile, assists with patient transport and visitors, keeps the lobby organized and clean. They will also work with ED staff to foster a positive customer experience.
