Position Summary: The Leave of Absence Administrator maintains compliance and administers workers compensation, FMLA and disability claims for assigned divisions, working with other team members as necessary to meet all service level agreements (SLAs). Creates and maintains all forms and documents that facilitate the claims process. Provides input into third party administrator performance and selection as well as overall leave management process and policies at Gordon Food Service. Utilizes RIMS software applications for disability and compliance record keeping.
