Our ideal candidate is a strong people leader with a deep understanding of loan processing, workflow management, and compliance, who thrives in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. This position may work in either the Mechanicsburg, PA, Westminster, MD or Winchester, VA branch location. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months of successful employment. In this role, you will provide leadership and oversight for processing staff supporting Home & Land loan origination and servicing. You will partner closely with Loan Operations leadership and lending teams to manage pipeline flow, ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, mitigate operational risk, and deliver reliable, high‑quality customer service.
