Title Produce Backroom Pay Grade: Non-Exempt Major Department: Produce: Minor Department: Produce: Reports to: Produce Department Manager, Store Manager: Job Summary: Back room responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, moving pallets, unboxing products, and price labeling merchandise. S/he is responsible for ensuring the produce department of the store is well-stocked for our customers. S/he must assist in receiving, storing, and stocking of products while guaranteeing proper product rotation and quality. S/he must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items.
