We are seeking a Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Specialist to troubleshooting, repairing, adjusting, and modifying HVAC control systems (pneumatic, electric, and electronic equipment). We are seeking a HVAC Specialist to: - Troubleshoot, repair, adjust, and modify HVAC control systems (pneumatic, electric, and electronic equipment). - Read printouts and interpret the information provided to make changes to the computer programs which control the operation of fans, chillers, pumps, dampers, and controls. - Train operators on workstation procedures used to monitor and control the facility. - Maintain records and written documentation associated with codes of all applicable local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
