Job Purpose or Objective(s): Serve as an advocate, case manager and coordinator of services in situations involving child and family matters. PG10 - Start Rate: $28.25/hourly | Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm | **This position has the ability to be housed at the Atoka Community Center or the Antlers Community Center | Weekly Earned Wage Access is an Option for this Position | Primary Tasks: - Interview clients and assess social and emotional needs and determine nature and degree of services needed. - Provide individual case management, advanced specialized treatment planning and intervention. - Manage cases of tribal members, collaborate with tribal prosecutor's office, and attend court hearings. - Monitor cases to ensure that state agencies and state courts comply with and where applicable, any tribal, state, and federal guidelines. - Help communication between Choctaw Nation and outside agencies/courts to provide safe, stable, and nurturing homes for Choctaw children. - Identify, document, and make referrals to resources available within the community and the Choctaw Nation to meet the needs of Choctaw families, and assist families with access to resources. - Dev...
