Description $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS: Martindale Brightwood Health Center - 2855 N Keystone Avenue, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46218 Pay starting at $22.68/hour: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides care to designated patients under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse.
