Join our team as a System Administrator II with our Clinic Infrastructure team! You’ll play a critical role in supporting the continued success of our rapidly growing organization. You’ll support our operations team in setting up and maintaining infrastructure for our new and existing practices. This role will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Calgary or Vancouver. What You’ll Do: - Provide third-level operational support, including occasional after-hours on-call support on a rotational basis - Assist with the rollout of new practice locations, including providing care and coordination of patient medical information - Assess infrastructure issues and develop solutions to improve the current environment while mitigating risk - Monitor, troubleshoot, and diagnose clinic infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and connectivity - Perform installations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain thorough documentation - Work independently on operational tasks and collaboratively with team members to achieve objectives and complete projects - Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and procedures across the infrastructure and platforms - Perform other duties as assigned...
