Clinical Manager – Home Health Practice: Home Health (Medicare-certified): Position Type: Full-time, Exempt Position Summary: The Clinical Manager – This leader is responsible for internal case management, clinical oversight, field staff evaluation and development, and the delivery of safe, high-quality, client-centered care that reflects The BAYADA Way values of compassion, excellence, and reliability . In partnership with office leadership and Client Services, the Clinical Manager conducts client assessments and care planning, oversees clinical services, and drives quality, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement across the practice.
