Employment Type: Full time Shift: Description: Full Time PT - $15K Sign on Bonus About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient clinic specializing in both neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation . Our model is built on true 1:1 patient care , allowing clinicians to provide high-quality, individualized treatment without the pressure of high-volume scheduling. This position is ideal for PTs who are passionate about complex cases, collaborative care, and evidence‑based practice. What You’ll Do: Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy to patients with a mix of neurological and orthopedic diagnoses. Evaluate and treat patients with conditions such as stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s disease, balance/vestibular disorders, postoperative orthopedic cases, sports injuries, spine dysfunction, and chronic pain. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient goals, functional needs, and clinical findings.
