This position assists in serving as a liaison between school departments, athletic programs, external rental organizations, and the facilities and security teams to help ensure efficient, accurate, and conflict-free rink operations. The role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to respond effectively to scheduling adjustments in a dynamic, multi-user environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in managing and maintaining the master rink schedule, coordinating with the school’s central calendar and external rental groups to ensure optimal facility utilization. Enter, update, and maintain rink scheduling data within the Follett Scheduling System with accuracy and consistency.
