Job description

Help us strengthen the reliability of our investor reporting by connecting high‑quality data with well‑designed processes, and making sure Asset Finance and our organisation truly works the way it should. In this hybrid role, you take responsibility for both the quality of our data and the effectiveness of the processes that create it. You start with the data itself: investigating data quality issues, analysing inconsistencies, and working with colleagues across the Bank to understand and resolve the root causes. Your insights don’t stop at data; they flow directly into improving the underlying processes. With your colleagues you design how work should be done, document clear standards, and ensure the organisation actually follows them. In doing so, you help create a continuous improvement cycle where data quality, process quality, and risk management reinforce one another.
