This client-facing role involves working with both existing and new clients, requiring strong technical expertise , payment systems knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in implementing solutions, managing technical configurations, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure FINASTRA software solutions for clients. Manage multiple technical payment service and support requests in a timely manner .
