Job Description: Your Role on Our Team: The Director – EPMO leads the definition, prioritization, and execution of large, complex, and highly cross‑functional enterprise initiatives. The EPMO team is responsible for framing up and delivering multi‑phased programs that are critical to enterprise strategy. This role operates primarily ‘on the business,’ independently defining scope, governance, and future‑state outcomes while providing regular executive‑level communication and leadership. The Director is accountable for program outcomes, people leadership, and ensuring sustained integration of change across the organization.
