Senior Associate, Valuation Services

Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate for our Valuation Advisory Services practice having a solid professional experience in finance and accounting, to work on complex assignments for our clients, including independent and strategic business valuations, financial damages analysis and lost profits determination, intangible assets valuations, purchase price allocations, impairment tests, structuring, and valuation of management incentive and equity ‑ based compensation programs, fairness opinions and financial modelling. Navigating responsibilities: Performance of in-depth research of capital markets, industries and competitors as well as analyses of target companies, e.g. in terms of market strength, strategic fit, and business model / business plans Designing and modifying DCF/DDM, comparable company, stock option, and intangible asset valuation models Conception and development of tailor-made analysis tools to support existing valuation models Assistance in drafting of expert reports in litigation support projects Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including writing valuation reports in a clear and concise report to project teams Contributing directly to the d...
