Associate Director Product Management

What you will do We are seeking an Associate Director of Product to lead the strategy, growth, and execution of our Mission Critical Solutions portfolio within OpenBlue. In this role, you will partner closely with engineering, UX, data analytics, customer success, and sales teams to shape, deliver, and scale these applications. You’ll own the product vision and execution for these solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic evolution and strengthening the mission critical and decarbonization positioning of the product. The role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, customer empathy, and cross-functional leadership to scale mission-critical SaaS solutions that support healthcare, life sciences, data centers, and other high-reliability environments. This is a leadership role responsible for both portfolio outcomes and people development.
