As a Senior Engineering Manager in the Product Platform Product Line, you’ll lead high-impact product areas that power how customers experience and scale with HubSpot’s CRM. You’ll guide multiple engineering teams building core surfaces used by more than a million users, while shaping the future of AI-powered product experiences. This role blends deep technical leadership with strong product thinking - driving both innovation and operational excellence. What You’ll Do: - Lead and grow several engineering teams in HubSpot’s CRM Data Visualisation group, which powers the CRM Index Page and its table, board, gantt, calendar, and map views. You’ll deliver high-quality, scalable product experiences across HubSpot’s highest-traffic product surfaces. - Partner closely with Product, Design, and cross-functional leaders to define and execute roadmap priorities. - Drive the development and launch of AI Agents, AI-powered features, and AI driven insights that enhance customer value. - Establish and uphold a high-performance engineering culture, incl...
