The Role As a Senior Functional Analyst for MES, you will support and enhance the technology that keeps our 60+ manufacturing sites running. You won’t just be documenting processes; you’ll be designing the future-state data flows for production, quality, and traceability. You will work directly with plant operations and technical teams to ensure our MES solutions are reliable, integrated, and capable of driving long-term operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: System Evolution: Support, maintain, and enhance existing MES solutions across a multi-site environment, focusing on production tracking, quality, and traceability. Process Engineering: Analyze and document complex manufacturing workflows to translate operational needs into clear functional specifications. Integration Management: Support the critical data flows between MES, ERP, and industrial automation platforms (SCADA/IIoT). Solution Design: Participate in the configuration and deployment of new MES functionalities, ensuring they align with our broader digital transformation goals. Validation & Testing: Define test scenarios and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system changes meet floor requirements. Stak...
