Overview Monte Rosa Therapeutics seeks to recruit a highly motivated research associate in proteomics with drug discovery experience to join its growing proteomics global team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team responsible for the characterization of novel small molecule glue-based degraders to support Monte Rosa’s growing pipeline. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently conducting own experiments from cell culture, sample preparation, LC-MS acquisition, to data analysis, interpretation, and presentation of the proteomics results. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical and organizational skills, and a strong collaborative spirit. Responsibilities: Perform mass spectrometry/quantitative proteomics experiments with the use of nano LC-MS (Thermo Fisher) and proteomics bioinformatics softwareImplement new innovative technologies/methodologies that may enhance proteomic workflows, in particular automation solutions for proteomics sample preparation workflowsPrepare biological samples for proteomics analysis and execute protein biochemical techniques (SDS page, Western blots, BCA, LC peptide fractionations)Work independently with minimal...
