This individual will play a key role in day-to-day grain operations, including receiving, handling, and loading out grain while maintaining a safe and efficient facility. Key Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and handle incoming grain efficiently and accurately Load out grain for shipment, ensuring quality and accuracy Maintain the physical plant and equipment, including routine maintenance and general housekeeping. Keep facilities, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all safety procedures and company policies Work as part of a team to meet operational goals during peak demand periods This position can work 40 hours a week or more limited hours.
