The Growth Design team is dedicated to designing experiences that help users understand Miro's value, make confident purchasing decisions, and upgrade at the right moments. We focus on pricing surfaces, packaging strategies, upgrade flows, paywalls, in-product prompts, and lifecycle touchpoints that convert free users into paying customers and guide existing customers to expand their usage. Operating across both self-serve (PLG) and enterprise segments, we design foundational systems that balance user experience with measurable business impact.
