Job description
Assist customers with all aspects of opening and maintaining personal and commercial accounts. Greet customers as they enter the Bank and direct them to the proper department or individual. Assist with incoming phone calls to the proper department or individual. Listen to the customers needs so as to cross-sell the proper product or service. Make appropriate qualified referrals to other departments thru the iStep system. Provide superior service to customers. Actively model CBOLO's customer service standards. Must work assigned Saturdays and may work at other branches as needed. Conduct relationships and activities consistent with established Bank policies, procedures and systems, the corporate code of conduct, Bank Secrecy Act and all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations. Consistently demonstrate a "Positive, Can Do" attitude and Legendary Customer Service with every customer by practicing and having a thorough understanding of CBOLO's 14 Standards of Service.
