As Payments & Cards Officer, you'll keep the daily rhythm of Eziway's payment processing and card management running smoothly — accurately, on time, every time. How You'll Work: Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you'll work closely across: - Cards Team — Day-to-day card operations, cancellations, exceptions and card stock management - Salary Packaging — Payment processing, reconciliation and resolving discrepancies - IT & Software — System queries, card provider ticketing and troubleshooting - Clients & Employers — Responding to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours Requirements: What You'll Own: A defined set of daily and ongoing responsibilities — real ownership from day one. - Daily Payments — Process employer deposits, p...
