Job Title: Vice President, Sales Manager Location: CA - Irvine What you'll do: As a Sales Manager you'll manage Retail Lending Consumer Direct Production Loan Officer (LO) teams that pursue residential mortgage lending from prospective leads that are generated via Customer Sales Reps (CSR) outbound phone solicitations, mail marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiry customer calls. You'll manage your team to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). In addition to overseeing a team of Loan Officers, you'll also contribute to all aspects of the AmeriHome Retail Lending production platform. - Set and manage team and individual production, personal and growth plans. Track and report on personal and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs). Maintain accurate records and reporting. - Plan and lead periodic company, division and team meetings. Identify areas of improvement within each team, create and execute action plans with Team Managers to address to maximize team performance.
