Program Coordinator -Upward Bond - 26001FY Description: JOB SUMMARY: Provides administrative oversight for the outreach, implementation, and management functions for assigned program. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Assist with planning, organizing, developing and facilitating assigned programs and events. Assist with the formation of partnerships with business, industry, community agencies, state and federal agencies to meet the needs of the assigned program. Enhance exposure to skilled workforce employment opportunities. Gather and maintain data for and assist in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software; prepare statistics and reports on program participation, marketing responses, budget, and evaluations. Keep current on trends, compliance issues, regulations and guidelines regarding subject matter; advise supervisor accordingly. Monitor progress of all community partners, prepare reports and evaluations of activities as required. Perform other duties, tasks and assignments as required.
