Position Summary: Provides support to the Region Commercial Sales Teams and customers as it relates to menu changes, creations, renewals, and the process of the overall menu project. Assists Gordon Food Service in providing the highest level of service, quality and integrity to external and internal customers. Responsible for working directly with a customer to build a professional, first class menu in concert with the customer's brand through teamwork, knowledge and professionalism. Essential Functions: Creates professional graphic design of customer menus paying close attention to the detail of layout, pricing and customer branding objectives. Consults and collaborates on menu design with key customers and potential new account customers as directed by the supervisor.
