Job description

Position: Senior Manager, Strategic Programs Location: 361 Centennial Pkwy, Suite 300 Louisville, CO 80027 (Various Unanticipated Worksites throughout the United States) Responsibilities: Develop and lead strategic programs that support company-wide goals, including but not limited to go-to-market initiatives, new product launches, customer expansion, business system implementation, and integration of mergers and acquisitions. Refine and prioritize future objectives that support JumpCloud’s Mission, Vision and Strategy and then break those down into measurable components; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. product, marketing, sales, engineering, G&A functions) to define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Lead retrospective meetings to learn from our efforts. Track and report on progress and monitor project milestones and escalate issues that threaten success; Monitor and manage program cost/budgets, track progress, and identify and mitigate potential risks/issues.
