Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A and Equity plays a critical cross‑functional role supporting financial planning, forecasting, margin analysis, and supports the administration of the Company’s equity compensation programs. This position combines advanced financial modeling and analysis with hands‑on stock plan administration, equity accounting, and regulatory compliance. The role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Payroll, Legal, and external service providers to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with equity regulations, and insightful analysis to support business and equity reporting and compliance Job Description: - Develop, maintain and enhance complex Excel‑based financial models supporting, quarterly and monthly forecasting with scenario and analyses tied to business drivers - Develop and maintain annual operating plan and long‑range planning - Lead detailed forecast vs. actual and variance analysis, identifying key drivers related to Revenue performance, Cost of sales and gross margin fluctuations including operating expense trends and headcount impacts - Perform monthly multi-level gross margin analysis related to product and c...
