Job description

Assemble, test, and pack components that are supplied to a variety of automotive manufacturers as well as internal customers. Providing customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, quality, and continuous improvement is essential. Provide operator support as needed throughout Dixon’s product lines, ensuring optimal deployment of our resources. Customer satisfaction will be achieved through teamwork and safety. 2nd shift position, core hours are Monday-Friday 3:15 pm to 11:30 pm, MUST be able to work overtime during the week and Saturday's. Sundays are Voluntary. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour After 4 months' pay is $22.89 per hour 2nd shift Premium is 50 cents per hour.
