DTU National Food Institute is looking for a new colleague in the Research Group for Genomic Epidemiology. In connection with the establishment of GPAP, Global Pathogen Analysis Platform, a new international initiative supported by the Novo Nordisk Foundation, where researchers over the next six years will develop an AI-based analytical platform to strengthen global surveillance of pathogenic microorganisms, we are seeking a new colleague. We are looking for a Special Consultant who can manage both system administration of HPC, integrate central HPC with mobile laptop solutions, and help resolve IT issues related to data sharing, particularly in LMICs (Low- and Middle-Income Countries).
